    Gallery of Wedding Special Orders

A few examples with permission of the brides and grooms

Example of a Special Order - One Of A Kind Wedding Veil

Ecru cotton thread with thin pearlized metallic thread.

Black cotton crocheted lace attached second layer.

The thin pearlized veil has a wide crocheted lace border all around.

Veil can be removed and converts into a scarf/headcovering for Shabbat.

(The Edging on the veil took Hours and Hours to do.)

When Veil is attached the crocheted border of the kippot turns into a scalloped/ruffelled edge.

This unique veil/headcovering was made for a Jewish
remarriage ceremony for the Bedeckah ceremony. (Spelling?)

The pretty and romantic ceremony where the groom
symbolically lifts the veil to see his bride for the first time.

(AND to check to make sure it is the right bride.)

As this was a second wedding, the bride found a unique dress that was ecru/champagne color.

It had a black satin overlay on the bodice that gave
    the dress a medieval look.

The veil/headdress was designed to match the dress.

This Veil is not for sale.

    Gallery of
    Special Orders

The following are special one of a kind items.
Many I did for my own family members.
This is to just show you some interesting things
and the quality of my work.

For my son Ronin's Bar Mitzvah,
I decided to start wearing a tallit myself for the first time.
I bought at Afikomen in Berkely California,
a white wool tallit with gold threads.

I ruffled the attarah and trimed with ecru w/pearlized threads
    and gold w/gold threads.
I also added blue irridescent E size beads
    in carnival glass colors.

I also crocheted flowers with beads for the 4 corners
    and the matching tallit bag.

Also shown is a wire and beaded tallit clip that I made and designed.

Close up of flowers and beaded tallit clip

Close up of attarah (collar) that I ruffled to look a little more femine/collar like)

I have made many special grooms and attendent kippot.
