Many spindles of thin metallic filiments have been hand spun around the cotton threads.
Center is open lace made of white cotton with light and dark filiments twisted around the thread.
The middle is light blue cotton in a flower/star like stitch.
Light and dark filiments have been twisted around the light blue cotton.
The next section is made in a shell stitch where white pearlized cotton has the light blue filiment added to it.
The trim is hand crocheted with three strands: white/pearlized, white, white/silver metallic. in the star/flower pattern.
The three stands make a thick cord-like edge.
